Yes it's true! My home is for sale :D
We have enjoyed the close walking distance to two main grocery stores, delicious eateries, and the campus of Utah State University. Our favorite part of the home is the backyard! It is a great escape especially in the summer time. It is very quaint and quite with very little maintenance needed because of the landscaping. Because there is a cement pad it is great to host a BBQ and enjoy the warm weather and fun company of friends.
If you adore the vintage chic charm with modern updated amenities this is the place to call home!!!
Welcome. . .
It was built in 1925 and recently renovated with updated central air, newer furnace, water heater, appliances, dual pane windows, plumbing, & electrical (it even has cat 5 networked throughout the home.) Oh and the best part the backyard is fully fenced in.
When you walk through the front door you are greeted by the charming "open concept" family room that is adjoined by the dining room. Painted a beautiful river rock gray, tan carpet, and roman shades.
The dining room has faux wood flooring, wide white craftsman trim, and a custom "built-in."
custom "built-in" with glass shelving
You walk to the main bathroom with full bathtub/shower and fully updated plumbing.
The main bedroom with bead board ceilings, ceiling fan, and pin stripe shades.
The Kitchen white cabinets with teal anthropologie knobs, updated appliances, dual sink,
bright yellow walls, and bead board ceiling.
You have enough room to put a kitchen/buffet table but we choose to put our darling aqua hutch!
Down stairs there is the second and largest bedroom painted a soft yellow tan, can lighting, and bead board ceiling.
The third bedroom is a vibrant orange wall color, tan carpet, & bead board ceiling.
In the basement you also have a landing space that is great for a home office and the laundry room is located in the basement.
The backyard is landscaped, including fire pit, cement pad, fruit tree, and a 1 car garage.
